Driving the customer experience forward

Customer Service at Scania goes way beyond the sale of a vehicle. As part of their ongoing driver support, Scania wanted to equip users of their vehicles with a comprehensive range of video guides, helping them get to grips with their vehicle’s operation and features.

Video, animation, motion. Built in.

We designed and developed an interactive training platform, working across iOS and Windows, laptop and tablet. We also shot and edited all the video content, inserted motion graphics, and developed additional pages dealing with customer support and links to detailed systems information.

Taking training to the next level

As part of their ongoing commitment to equip Scania drivers with the best information possible, we were also commissioned to produce a series of videos detailing the range of Driver Services available: from licence acquisition and instructional videos through to Fleet Management and tachograph guidance.We took care of the whole process: from storyboarding and script editing to the shoot, editing and voiceover insertion. The completed videos were then rendered out for a variety of social media and web uses.

Stilo have been instrumental in producing new material for our telemetry services. Their innovative approach and focused project planning has helped us to deliver promotional and training systems in budget and on schedule.
